Newport's automotive history dates to the Gilded Age, with the first Vanderbilt Cup race run here in 1900. Established in 2019, the Audrain Newport Concours & Motor Week is a multi-day celebration of the automobile set against Newport's historic mansions, landmark commercial buildings, and the Atlantic Ocean — uniting enthusiasts from around the world in one of America's most beautiful settings.
